Led all finance, planning, analysis, accounting, treasury, audit, banking, payroll, billing, AR/AP and human resource functions. Managed successful capital-raise, built financial models and managed investment banker and investors. Negotiated multiple amendments and early pay-off of loan security agreement with major national bank. Developed and implemented operating expense savings plans resulting in over 50% reduction in costs. Reported to company CEO, chairman, and Board of Directors. Assisted in sale of company.
