Mr. Glauberman is Managing Director of Glauberman & Associates LLC with 25 years experience in financial and strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and turnarounds, cost reduction, bankruptcy, private equity and venture capital, corporate finance, accounting, building and leading teams, management consulting, industry, and government.
He has held senior level executive positions in the technology and telecommunications industries, including serving as CFO for a US venture capital-backed software firm. He has served as a venture capital investor, portfolio manager, and adviser for a $150 million corporate venture fund. He has also been an engagement manager with A.T. Kearney, Inc. and an operations management consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc.

Mr. Glauberman earned an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BS in industrial engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering, and a BA in economics from Rutgers College.
